FREE BARRE CLASS IN MARCH

 Aimed at new students and anyone who in curious about this fun fitness trend, I'm offering a free Barre Fitness class during the month of March. Barre Fitness is an energetic exercise class with the focus and concentration of Pilates the flow and stretch of dance. We begin with a standing, mobilizing warm-up, move on to leg and hip work at the "barre" next work the arms with light weights and tiny stabilizing movements.  Then its on to the mat for core and belly exercises finishing the hour with full body stretching. I'm loving putting these classes together every week, 
mixing just the right 'cocktail' of movement, breath and sweat!  
The class meets Thursday Mornings  9:30-10:25 AM 
The promotion dates are March 8, 15, 22, and 29.
